Mama & Baby Yoga RETREAT


Enjoy postpartum and first months of motherhoods with yoga.

You will not only release emotion and stress of the birth but also strengthen and refresh your body physically and mentally.

The postnatal period is critical to the health of a mother and her newborn. It is a time in which the mother’s body, including hormone levels and uterus size, returns to a non-pregnant state. She needs to recover after nine months of carrying a growing baby and giving birth.

After giving birth, a mother might feel very tired, emotionally unstable, and sometimes sad. It is a time she should devote to bonding with her baby and resting as much possible. 

I recommend joining Mama and Baby Yoga RETREAT 6 – 8 weeks after the birth, or even sooner if the mother feels like sharing and being with other mothers. During these classes, I introduce positions and exercises step-by-step, so that mothers are ready physically and emotionally too.

While you practice yoga, your baby is with you in your space, affected by your emotional state of balance and peace. Practice yoga with your baby and other mums. There is time for you for baby and for the tea.

Mama Baby Yoga RETREAT helps to establish an intimate bond with your babies.


At yoga for Mothers and Baby you will:

Provide a safe environment in which you can bond with your baby

Build patience and inner calm

Rejuvenate the mind and increases energy

Reduce stress and relax the entire body

Stabilise and strengthen your back, arm, leg and buttock muscles

Strengthen the muscles of your pelvic floor

Release tension in your shoulder and neck muscles

Learn how to give your baby a delightful and healthy massage

Your baby can play in the middle with other babies or lay just close to you.

During the class we will have some exercise that involve the baby.

You are welcome with the baby min. 3 weeks old.

The birth preparation sessions are taught with a friendly, informal and practical approach.

The course is in English, but Danish speakers are welcome as well, and can get some explanation in Danish as needed.
